1. Damaged or Broken Items
If you receive a broken, damaged, wrong or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Clear photos of the packaging

A complete unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening to showing the damaged item clearly)

The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited.
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the return request.
2. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.

The item must not show signs of use beyond inspection.
3. Refund Timeline
After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
If approved:

The refund process will be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the returned product.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product is damaged due to misuse.
