1. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility:
Returns and refunds are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- Items are missing from the package.
Mandatory Proof:
- You must provide a clear, uncut video of the package being opened.
- Without video proof, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
Timeframe:
- Return/refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Approval Process:

2. Our team will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a return or refund.

2. Cancellations & Refund Deductions
- Before Packaging: Orders canceled before packaging will receive a full refund.
- After Packaging (Before Shipping): If an order is canceled after packaging but before shipping, packaging charges will be deducted from the refund.
- After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Orders without proper video proof will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customized products (e.g., custom posters) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or missing from the order.
